NHS Flu Vaccination Eligibility:


  1. Adults aged 65 and over
  2. People aged 6 months to under 65 in eligible clinical risk groups
  3. Pregnant women
  4. Children aged 2–16 years on 31 August 2026
  5. People living in long-stay residential care
  6. Carers in certain circumstances
  7. Close contacts of people who are immunocompromised
  8. Certain frontline health and social care workers

Period Pain
Period pain, also known as dysmenorrhea, is a normal part of the menstrual cycle for most women. It's usually felt as cramps in the lower abdomen or pelvis, but can also spread to the back and thighs. The pain can be intense and spasmodic, or more dull and constant.

Private Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)
Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are usually caused by bacteria from poo entering the urinary tract. The bacteria enter through the tube that carries pee out of the body (urethra). Women have a shorter urethra than men. This means bacteria are more likely to reach the bladder or kidneys and cause an infection.
